Edward Kofi Opoku Adusei is an Associate Professor of Economics. Kofi is an experienced professional with a progressive thirty years career in teaching and consulting. He has taught International Economics, Comparative Economic Systems, Money and Banking and Intermediate Macro and Microeconomic and research areas included Assessment of Small and Medium size businesses, Evaluation of Rural Electric Programs, and Transportation.
Kofi has conducted consultancy services with the African Capacity Building Foundation, African Peer Review Mechanism, International Development Research Centre and the World Bank. Significant consulting accomplishments include successful evaluation of seven (7) African Capacity Building Foundation funded projects in East and Southern Africa; assessment of fifty (50) Think Tanks in East Africa and South Asia for the Think Tank Initiative; and the Second Kenya African Peer Review Mechanism Review.
He is currently developing feasibility studies and strategic plans for businesses in the agro-business, real estate and infrastructure sectors in Ghana. In addition, Kofi is involved in sourcing funds for a number of projects in Ghana.
